“Weak water stream from shower head”

“The biggest disappointment was the pool. I thought the pool would be enjoyable for everyone, but it was definitely more like a babysitter for people‘s children. It was an absolute zoo in that filthy cloudy pool, and I never even got to put a toe into it. Otherwise, the rest of the day was pretty good.”

“I liked that the room was pet friendly and easy to take the dog out. Clean comfortable room The amenities stated that the property has a pool NO POOL I WAS TOLD IT CLOSED FOR COVID N NEVER REOPENED I was very disappointed I choose the property because it had a pool I would not have booked this property if I new this ahead of time. Also breakfast wasn't filled n coffee empty I got an eye roll from the server”

The front desk individuals or employees are so friendly they make you feel like you’re at your own home. There’s not enough I can say about this property. They deserve the hospitality award of the year.”

“I have stayed here before without issue. This time they put me in a room that had continuous beeping. I complained but was denied a different room due to none available and NO ONE came to look for the cause. It was 4 miserable nights. It was prepaid so I had no choice but to stay.”

“Breakfast was disappointing. No coffee in the pot and couldn't find anybody to make more coffee. Breakfast was advertised as having a hot buffet. Only thing hot was waffles or toasted bagels. No hot eggs, bacon ect. The room had a musty odor and the bathroom was a disaster. We were given a handicap accessable bathroom that was poorly maintained. The curb-less shower flooded the entire bathroom floor because the center floor drain had apparently heaved and is higher than the rest of the floor....

“Mold seemed to be growing between the floor and the tub. I did not use it. I stayed for one night and showered when I got home.”

“Jen at the front desk was sooo helpful with a printing job I needed to do for work! The lobby bar is so attractive with late night service. The rooftop bar affords spectacular views on a clear sunny night! Everything convenient and staff so kind!”
